Cancellations When a reservation has been made, both the guest and the hotel enter into a legally binding contract. In the event of a cancellation being made after the reservation full amount will only be refunded if the cancellation is done 7 days proir to the date from the date on which the room is booked. In any other case only 50% amount will be refunded.Before 72 hours of reservation no amount would be refunded.
